We must commonly use bonnell springs to make up custom or budget mattresses. They are price efficient and have been traditionally used in mattresses.

Alternatively for a more premium sleeping experience individual pocket springs are available to order in common mattress sizes such as queen size in the factory.

Queen Size Mattresses

Queen Size Mattresses are the most common size in Australia. They are best for medium to larger bedrooms and are perfect for medium build and taller couples.

We can do queen size mattresses in every build for you including pocket springs, pocket on pocket springs, bonnell springs and all foam mattresses including latex mattresses.

Standard queen sizes are 153 x 203cm.

We are conveniently located on Cooper Street, Campbellfield / Epping. Easy access from the Hume Freeway or the Hume Highway/Sydney with onsite truck and caravan parking available for our customers.

Custom Built Mattress Factory Facility

Our facility is state of the art and our supplier partners are located within 5km of us for quick easy completion of larger projects. We can do orders up to 600 mattresses and hold stock for a staggered delivery service.

Custom Made Mattresses

We can make any size mattress to your required size and also make mattress toppers. We can now also do low profile innerspring mattresses for caravan or camper vans.

Custom Truck Mattresses

We make any size truck mattress right here in our Melbourne Factory.

We can make truck mattresses in pocket springs or bonnell springs. Pocket springs are available in multizone or high density springs. Bonnell Spring mattresses are available in standard, full or zoned units.

We normally take about 5-7 business days to complete a truck mattress. We ask that you allow 2 weeks from order to completion of your mattress.

We are located on Cooper St between the Hume Freeway and Hume Highway and there is amble truck parking on site in our loading dock or you can park your truck at either of the two truck service petrol stations on Cooper St and we can bring it down for you. (North lane of Cooper Street is the BP on Cooper St and South lane of Cooper Street is the Puma petrol station) This is a free service but please give us a heads up if you need this done so we can make sure we have the staff free to drop it down for you.
