What happens in a standard delivery?
We supply one driver with a trolley delivered to your front door or hallway.
If you have difficult access, tight corners before your front door or steps, you will need to have someone there to give the driver a hand – although in most cases this is not required for lighter items. *Our drivers are pretty helpful, if you are unsure about your own particular location, give us a call.
Each location is different so please be considerate, a driver is not going to be able to carry a king size mattress up a flight of stairs before your front door.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday – Friday to most suburbs to the ground floor or apartments with lifts
We can also deliver on Saturdays and Sundays in the below regions
Saturday – Northern Western Suburbs down to Brunswick/Parkville
Sunday – South Eastern Areas down to Frankston

Can I choose my delivery day?

Will you take it upstairs for me?
Our standard deliveries are just one driver to the ground floor front door or hallway depending on the situation. If you have steps before your front door or a bit gradient someone will need to assist the driver. Please give us a buzz if you are unsure.
If you require your items taken upstairs, please select an upstairs delivery (extra charge) to book a two person delivery.
Will I get a call before delivery?
We will supply you with a 3 hour delivery window the morning of delivery around 9am.
The driver will SMS or call you roughly 30 mins before delivery.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home to accept delivery. Please let us know a safe place to put it. Please make sure you do not drag your items and have someone else LIFT the item into your house. Dragging mattresses damages them, it’s common sense!
The driver will leave the delivery in an accessible area only if they deem it safe to do so. If the area is too exposed to the main road it’s up to the assessment of the individual driver whether they choose to leave it safe.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to most metro areas of Melbourne, generally within a 40km radius of the Melbourne CBD. As most of our items are large, bulky and unboxed there is a limitation on where our couriers will deliver for us. All deliveries come from our Campbellfield distribution centre.
If during checkout it says no shipping methods available, this means our couriers are unable to deliver to your area.

Please give us a call. This means your area is beyond our current courier service areas but sometimes you might just be on a bordering suburb.
Order online
- Most orders to Melbourne metro (within 20km of the CBD) are delivered within 24-72 hours. (20-40km of the CBD will take longer).
- This service is with one person with a ute to the ground floor (Lifts +$49). If there are a few steps you may need to assist the driver. Does NOT include rubbish removal and does NOT include installation.
- If you are unable to help we recommend you select a two person delivery +$129 delivered upstairs and to your room of choice. Does NOT include rubbish removal or installation. If you are further out additional charges may occur please check with us first.
- If checkout says No Shipping methods available this means we do not ship to your area.
Select your delivery date
- We deliver most areas Monday-Friday between 10-7PM and Sat-Sun in selected areas {See below}.
- You cannot choose a time.
- You will receive an e-mail with a 3 hour delivery window the morning of delivery at about 9am. If you have an early morning delivery you will be notified the evening before. Driver will SMS 30 mins before arrival.
- To ensure deliveries run on time, the driver will leave your items in your hallway, frontdoor or inside your garage.
- Saturday – Northern Western Areas down to Brunswick/Parkville
- Sunday – South Eastern Areas down to Frankston
- CBD and all other areas – Monday to Friday only due to lift access restrictions.
Day of delivery
We will call or message you 9am the day of delivery with a 3 hour window for delivery. An exact delivery time cannot be provided. For special delivery requests please e-mail or call us.
A few important T's & C's
- Drivers do not install bed bases legs on standard deliveries. Bed base legs only need to be screwed in.
- Standard delivery service to ground floor only of houses or front entrance of foyer for apartment buildings. Lifts are OK if there is trolley access or a ramp. There will need to be someone there to assist the driver.
- Drivers will place the item inside your hallway, they do not move other items of furniture around so please make sure there is adequate space for your item.
- Free delivery offer only extends to online melbourne metro orders.
- If you order the wrong size or are exchanging an item re-delivery will cost $99 for metro areas in Melbourne. Regional areas will occur an additional cost.
- We deliver full size mattresses to metro Melbourne only. Certain mattress in a box ranges can be delivered Australia-Wide
