Please note: We currently deliver mattresses, bed bases and other large items to Melbourne only.
Selected smaller items, such as bed legs, can be posted interstate.
Quick Delivery Info
- Free standard delivery on eligible online mattress orders over $300 within Melbourne metro. Ground-floor delivery only.
- Standard local delivery: $59 where applicable. Ground-floor delivery only.
- Upstairs delivery: $99 with a two-person team, up to the second level.
- Weekend delivery: $99.
- Choose your preferred delivery day at checkout.
- You’ll receive a 3-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.
- Your driver will SMS or call approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
Store delivery charges may differ depending on your location.
What does free or standard delivery include?
Free and standard delivery are ground-floor delivery services only.
Delivery is made by one driver to your ground-floor front door, hallway or an accessible ground-floor apartment foyer or lift area.
If there are stairs, steep access or other difficult conditions before your entrance, you may need to assist the driver.
If your mattress or base needs to be carried upstairs or above ground level, please select Upstairs Delivery at checkout.
All deliveries do not include furniture assembly, installation, moving existing furniture or rubbish removal.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday to most Melbourne suburbs.
Weekend delivery is also available for $99.
You can select an available delivery date during checkout.
What time will my delivery arrive?
On the morning of delivery, usually around 9–10am, we’ll send you a 3-hour delivery window.
Your driver will normally contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery time.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily.
You can nominate a safe place for your order to be left. The driver will only leave your order unattended if they consider the location safe and accessible.
Please lift rather than drag mattresses, as dragging can damage them.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver mattresses, bed bases and other large items throughout most of Melbourne metro, generally within approximately 40km of the Melbourne CBD.
All Melbourne deliveries are dispatched from our Campbellfield distribution centre.
We do not currently deliver mattresses, bed bases or other large items interstate.
Selected smaller items, such as bed legs, can be posted Australia-wide.
No shipping options at checkout?
If checkout displays “No Shipping Methods Available”, your postcode may be outside our regular Melbourne delivery area.
Please contact us, as we may still be able to arrange delivery to some bordering suburbs.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Many Melbourne metro orders within approximately 20km of the CBD can be delivered within 24–72 hours, subject to stock availability.
Outer Melbourne areas may take a little longer.
Upstairs Delivery
If your mattress or base needs to be carried upstairs or delivered above ground level, please select Upstairs Delivery at checkout.
Upstairs Delivery is a two-person service that includes carrying your items upstairs and into your room of choice, up to the second level.
For higher levels, difficult access or unusual delivery conditions, please contact us before ordering.
Important Delivery Conditions
- Free and standard delivery are ground-floor delivery services only.
- Please ensure there is clear and safe access for your delivery.
- Delivery above ground level requires Upstairs Delivery.
- Free and standard delivery do not include moving existing furniture.
- Bed base legs are not installed during standard delivery.
- Incorrect-size orders or exchanges requiring redelivery are charged $99 within Melbourne metro.
- Additional charges may apply to difficult-access deliveries.
- Free delivery applies to eligible online Melbourne metro orders.
