Alan was super helpful, we had a chat about why I made the … More online purchase and during this conversation, he helped me realise, I actually needed a cheaper mattress. He was onto it right away, added refund notes to my order, fixed up my invoice, added delivery notes and a day later, the charge to my bank account was modified to reflect the cheaper mattress price. Mattress was delivered the exact day I had asked for in the order.
