Our Return Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or no longer require the item. A 20% restocking fee + delivery fees apply for returns on unused items still in their original packaging – this does not apply to custom orders.

If you have ordered the incorrect size mattress and your mattress was not a custom order, we will happily exchange the size for you, you just need to pay the difference in price and any delivery costs. You can swap over your mattress at any store if you are able to bring it in or if you need re-delivery and pickup this will cost from $105+GST for metro ground floor deliveries. We do not profit from delivery costs. You are more than welcome to pay the couriers directly.

Exchanges are unavailable during COVID-19

We do offer a 30 Day Comfort policy on SELECTED MATTRESSES. This requires you to purchase a suitable mattress protector at the time of purchase. The comfort policy is on the mattress only and costs $99 + delivery costs. You can find more information here. Please check with us if you are unsure.

This policy does not apply to resellers of our products. You will need to check with the individual reseller for their return policy. We do not have the power to force resellers to abide by these terms.

Custom Orders

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on custom made orders due to change of mind or if you made a mistake when providing the measurements to us. Unfortunately, we cannot alter custom orders once made.

AfterPay and ZipPay/ZipMoney purchases: Please be aware where an order is cancelled or refunded and your original payment method was processed through AfterPay we will also deduct any fees that AfterPay charges us for processing your original transaction normally in the vicinity of 6%. This does not apply if the reason for the return or cancellation was our fault.
