Our Return Policy
We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or no longer require the item. A 20% restocking fee + delivery fees apply for returns on unused items still in their original packaging – this does not apply to custom orders.
If you have ordered the incorrect size mattress and your mattress was not a custom order, we will happily exchange the size for you, you just need to pay the difference in price. You can swap over your mattress at any store if you are able to bring it in or if you need re-delivery and pickup this will cost $95 for metro ground floor deliveries.
We do offer a 30 Day Comfort policy on SELECTED MATTRESSES. This requires you to purchase a suitable mattress protector at the time of purchase. The comfort policy is on the mattress only and costs $79 + delivery costs. You can find more information here. Please check with us if you are unsure.
This policy does not apply to resellers of our products. You will need to check with the individual reseller for their return policy. We do not have the power to force resellers to abide by these terms.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on custom made orders due to change of mind or if you made a mistake when providing the measurements to us. Unfortunately, we cannot alter custom orders once made.
