30 Day Comfort Trial NOT AVAILABLE FROM 01/07/2020
At Bedding Warehouse we want our customers to be satisfied so we’re offering a 30 day comfort trial on selected mattresses. If in the 30 days period you are not satisfied with the comfort level of the mattress, finding it too soft or firm, you may exchange the mattress once only for a mattress of equal or greater value and the same size. This offer is only available to Melbourne, Victoria customers.
Terms and conditions:
An approved mattress protector MUST be purchased with the mattress in the same sale and used to be eligible for the 30 day comfort trial.
An exchange is available ONCE only.
Mattress exchange it not intended or permitted for exchanges between sizes. Bases cannot be exchanged.
It is recommended customers spend at least 14 nights sleeping on the mattress so that the body can get used to the comfort level of the new mattress.
A $99 exchange fee applies in addition to any delivery charges and must be paid beforehand. Standard delivery charges are $49 for Melbourne metropolitan area within 30km of the CBD as per Google maps from the Melbourne GPO to your location. For regional areas or if a two man delivery or premium delivery service is required fees will be higher.
Original delivery and handling charges are not refundable.
Original packaging must be kept for transportation back.
Free delivery offers or discounted delivery during the original purchase do not apply.
Available on mattresses only.
No credits or refunds will be issued if the replacement mattress is of lesser value than the originally purchased mattress.
Mattresses that are damaged, torn, soiled or stained will the 30 Day Comfort Trial Void.
Depending on purchase circumstances, the 30 Day Comfort Trial is still subject to Bedding Warehouse manager approval and subject to additional costs depending on circumstances.

General Returns Policy for items not covered by other policies
Your purchase is covered under Australian Consumer Law and your rights, including standard statutory rights apply regardless of the interpretation of the below conditions.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on pillows, mattress protectors or any other accessories if they have been opened or used due to health and safety concerns. If the items are however faulty, do not suit the purpose we claim them to do or constitute any other reason deemed reasonable by the ACL then we will provide you a refund or exchange at your discretion. If you simply change your mind, this is not a valid reason – though we are reasonable and can offer you a store credit in some circumstances.
No refunds or exchanges are available on custom size items once production has begun, your statutory rights still apply. The reason for this custom items cannot be sold or altered to be able to be merchantable. Your purchase is still covered by Australian Consumer Law.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind. Deposits made are non-refundable in this circumstance.
