Why you are using the wrong bed frame
Every now and again we see issues develop in mattresses whereby an improper base or bed frame was used and the mattress has sagged due to inadequate support for the mattress.
Mattress manufacture minimum bed base / bed frame requirements for mattresses.
You must use:
Manufacturer certified foundation bed base
If using a bed frame:
Slats MUST BE FLAT and NOT BEND.
Should have at least 13 slats
Slats must be no more than 10cm apart
Slats must be at least 6cm wide.
Using an incorrect bed frame will
Cause your mattress to dip or sag
Will cause sleepers to roll into each other on the bed.
