Bed Head Brackets
Bed Head Brackets are for attaching bed heads to our standard Australian Made Bed bases.
We generally do not recommend this method as you need to be quite handy. We recommend finding an alternative way to secure the bedhead to your wall.
They come with some standard size bolts but you will need to use your own screws and general assessment to work out how to attach your existing bedheads to your bed base.
Picture also has an example of what a base bracket looks like secured at the bottom of a bed base by standard 5/16′ thread glider leg at 4″ high or 10cm. This is the standard configuration.
Many in home bedheads are made out of cheap MDF and are not suitable to be screwed in.
Our Australian Made Melbourne bedheads are made out of Australian timber and can have the necessary support structure inside installed for attachment to bed bases (this must be requested at the point of ordering). This installation of brackets is done by the customer.
